Hi, I’m Sumry Lemmenes—founder and principal designer of Stay Awhile Interior Design. Creating beautiful, welcoming spaces (and choosing just the right lighting) is truly my love language. Raised in California, I’ve spent a lifetime immersed in the world of design and the arts. After 15 years in Atlanta honing my skills in both residential and commercial projects across the Southeast, I’ve now put down roots in Nashville.

Beyond design, I’m a plant enthusiast, charcuterie board lover, and proud mama of three—married to a music man with a record collection that tops 4,000. Together, we embrace life in this vibrant city.
